As part of the ‘Senior Talks’ project, Emil Masimov, CEO of the country's leading ICT company, met with ADA University students.

Emil Masimov also discussed his perspective on Azerbaijan’s digital economy, the prospects for the ICT industry development, and the challenges and opportunities in the labor market. The session highlighted real-life work experiences, leadership approaches, professional development, career choice, important knowledge and future-ready skills among others.

The interactive meeting concluded with a Q&A session, where students’ questions on various topics were addressed.
