Your main job responsibilities:
- To control and verify the quality of all new and existing applications, services and devices;
- To develop and perform ATP and UAT for new and existing services and applications;
- To analyze product requirements, prepare and implement full cycle test scenarios and test cases in test and production environments;
- To participate in working documentation reviews;
- To generate test reports indicating test results and product status;
- To work closely with vendor and company software developers and engineers and provide feedback for software quality;
- To carry out other tasks related to the position assigned by management;
- To respect and follow internal regulations and procedures;
- To create, manage and perform automated tests for TM(Targeted Marketing) scenarios.
Position requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (Technical field is preferred);
- Basic knowledge of mobile communications;
- Knowledge of Quality Management Methodologies;
- Knowledge of Testing documentation handling and development;
- Experience in testing and quality assurance is preferable;
- 1 year of work experience in the field of mobile communications;
- Java, JavaScript (basic), HTML;
- Knowledge of UNIX/Linux;
- Knowledge of PL/SQL Programming;
- Azerbaijani and English – advanced level, Knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Your responsibilities :
- Making data supported suggestions in order to adapt Product and Service portfolio of the company for achieving profitable and customer oriented set of offerings
- Preparing business cases for justification of undertaking a project or program. Which includes analytical justification of benefit, cost and risk and provides a rationale for the preferred solution
- End to end execution of targeted retention campaigns, via marketing automation tool
- Supporting coordination of outbound team for execution of win-back outbound calling programs according the segmentation model and operational roadmap
- Preparation of the corresponding reports regarding responsible working areas, including monitoring and evaluation the returns on each campaign (ROI), in terms of subscriber retention, generated revenue, usage, ARPU and etc.
- Analysis dynamics, trends and performance of the market players in Customer Value Management and Business Intelligence areas and assessment of their impact on Company
- Automation of all processes related to core activities of CVM unit, such as business analysis, customer segmentation assignation of segmented offers and reporting
- Providing feedbacks regarding improvement of existing systems and processes as well as end to end implementation of positive changes
- Supporting team during major projects related to CVM scope, including Requirements analysis, Stakeholder analysis, Planning and Design, Solution Evaluation, Implementation evaluation (UAT and Sanity testing) Post-launch analysis and monitoring.
Position requirements:
- Higher education in Economics, Marketing, Applied Math and Cybernetics or other related fields
- 1 year of experience in CRM, Business Analytics, Data Science, Marketing or Forecasting in Telecommunication, FMCG, Financial or other relevant sectors
- Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages
- Advanced MS office skills
- Advanced knowledge of R, Phyton or other statistical tools is an advantage
- Being fully capable in SQL and/or SAS coding languages is an advantage

- Understanding and documenting business processes and workflows and their relationships to current and future software solutions;
- Ensure that the solution development team understands the problem and the solution;
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
- Assisting business users and IT leadership in optimizing the scope, benefits and risks of proposed projects; help manage expectations of users and management;
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects;
- Ensure resource availability and allocation;
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
- Be responsible for multiple product lines;
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress;

- To execute assigned tasks in compliance with the procedures/policy/instructions;

Position requirements:
- Undergraduate degree, preferably in information technology or business administration discipline;
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Project Management/Business Analysis/ IT;
- Knowledge of Agile, Lean product development;
- Previous experience in Telco companies;
- Previous experience in Telco companies, BSS or VAS or Azerconnect SDLC knowledge;
- Breadth of product experience;
- Azeri, Russian, English;
- Advanced MS Office.
