IT Enterprise Platforms Administrator

Your responsibilities as IT Enterprise Services Developer:

  • Participate in all phases of the business applications projects, preparation lifecycle, gather initial business requirements, create requests for proposal and evaluation parts;
  • Administration of existing informational systems and tools in accordance with corporate standards;
  • Configuration of existing informational systems and tools;
  • Interaction with vendors regarding problems, required changes and new configurations;
  • To be responsible for continue of development technical and professional expertise through formal learning. To take active participant on OJT;
  • To participate in trials of Enterprise Platforms (RA ,FMS, SFA, Campaign Management and other systems);
  • To analyze requirements document, finding gaps with respect to relevant industry standards, i.e. specifications, design, development and maintenance of software systems and elements and associated products;
  • Customer Data, Subscriber Profile & Transactions analysis (on GUI/DB/log levels) to prevent/solve any single/major subscriber related problems or revenue loss in the systems;
  • Availability 24/7 in order to solve business critical problems, participation in planned works (system updates, upgrades etc.);
  • To support the team primary responsible for the fault-free operation and maintenance on Enterprise Platforms (RA ,FMS, SFA, Campaign Management and other systems);
  • Provides assistance for the Business Customer to establish or evaluate existing business requirements;
  • To execute job responsibilities and verbal/ written instructions by management;
  • To execute assigned tasks in compliance with the procedures/policy/instructions;
  • To keep confidentiality of the company data.

 

Position requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/Electronic Engineering/Telecom related field;
  • Working Knowledge of Programming languages, Databases, Operating systems etc.;
  • Experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce, RA and Campaign Management systems;
  • Knowledge and experience in administration, engineering, configuration and management of Applications, VAS and Service Delivery platforms;
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies;
  • 1+ years of experience in Telecom BSS/Applications/VAS platforms design,  development, engineering, implementation, integration and support;
  • Experience in Software Change and release Management;
  • Fluent in the Azerbaijani and English (Russian is advantage).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Growth & Business Expansion: Identify, develop, and maintain new revenue opportunities beyond publisher growth, including strategic partnerships, platform integrations, and innovative ad monetization strategies;
  • Partner Management & Ecosystem Expansion: Build and manage relationships with key players in the Azerbaijan advertising ecosystem, including AdTech technologies, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and major digital platforms. Leverage these partnerships to enhance Azerconnect Group’s market position;
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (Core Telco, Marketing, Strategy, Engineering, IT) to align product strategy with market needs, ensuring seamless integration; 
  • Sales & Market Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies across multiple market segments to accelerate revenue growth. Engage directly with high-value accounts and leverage existing relationships to maximize opportunities;
  • Go-to-Market Execution: Work closely with marketing to develop sales materials, implement an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, and identify key market opportunities.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance. Relevant Master’s degree is an advantage;
  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, publisher monetization, and the Google AdTech ecosystem (GAM, DV360, Ad Manager, etc.);
  • Experience managing AdTech partnerships and channel partners, with a focus on ad solutions and business development;
  • 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a proven track record in revenue growth and executing go-to-market strategies;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs;
  • Azerbaijani, English – advanced, knowledge of Russian is an advantage.

  • To ensure Enterprise Business Applications are planned, developed, implemented and integrated according to Business requirements and required Service Levels to achieve user delight;

  • Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations;

Position requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/Electronic Engineering/Telecom related field;
  • Operating System (Windows, Linux);
  • Methodology and Processes for Software Development processes and methodologies (preffered);
  • Experience with SharePoint 2010/2013/2019 development and configuration for business operations (preffered);
  • Solid working experience with XML/SOAP, REST API and web services is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of JavaScript and Jquery is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft IIS and InfoPath is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of ABBY Flexicapture 11 is a great plus;
  • Good knowledge of version control systems ( CSV, SVN, GIT);
  • 2+ years experience on Adminstration of some applications;
  • 2+ years experience in Jira, Confluence, Service Management and other products of Atlassian (preffered);
  • Experience in monolithic architecture or web application development is an advantage;
  • Language skills: English and Azerbaijani - Advanced, knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
