Azerconnect Group participated in The II National Competition Forum

The event, attended by members of parliament, representatives of state institutions, business associations, and the private sector, featured discussions on the role of competition policy in economic development, the regulation of natural monopolies, and their public benefits.

Nijat Ismayilov, Advisor to the CEO of Azerconnect Group, joined the panel discussion on “Regulation of Natural Monopolies: Competition and Public Interests.” During his speech, he emphasized the strategic importance of the telecommunications sector in the country's economic development and digital transformation, as well as the special role of cooperation between the public and private sectors in this area.

The II National Competition Forum was organized by the State Agency for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
